Kerry knows that your time is valuable. She won’t pressure you and will provide information to make the best decision in your timing. She’ll always provide known material facts, is daily researching new inventory/comps, monitors current market conditions and will pour advice from over 20 years of experience once she represents you.

Kerry’s prior experience includes Director of Real Estate Marketing for her team for 12 years Prior to that, she was a corporate real estate trainer and event coordinator for her former KC real estate company instructing new and experienced agents. Marketing, contracts, negotiating and real estate SOPs/compliance will be of no concern when working with her.
