Born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Houston, Texas, Joshwa moved to the Kansas City area in August 2012 to attend the University of Saint Mary. There, he earned a Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Management. Committed to furthering his education, he also obtained a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Leadership and Organizational Health.

 When he’s not immersed in his work, Joshwa enjoys nurturing his spiritual growth, spending time with family and friends, and streaming on Twitch. Achieving a balanced work-life dynamic is crucial to him, and he treasures the moments spent with his wife, Madison, and their 4-month-old daughter, Elaina. Family is the cornerstone of Joshwa’s life, providing him with endless joy and inspiration.

Joshwa’s passion for real estate began when he bought his first home in March 2022. He finds immense satisfaction in making a difference in people’s lives—whether it’s guiding first-time homebuyers, finding the perfect family home, or helping retirees downsize. Joshwa cherishes being a part of these pivotal life events, with a focus on turning dreams into reality.
